Cancellation Policy

We are a busy Manchester salon, and we set time aside just for you. This policy helps us look after our team and keep appointments running smoothly for everyone.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel. With enough notice we can usually move your booking to a new time that suits you.

If you cancel or change with less than 48 hours notice, it is classed as late notice.

Deposits and booking fees

Some appointments may require a deposit or booking fee, especially longer services and technical appointments. Deposits come off your final bill on the day.

If you cancel with enough notice, your deposit can be moved to a new booking date. If you cancel late, your deposit may be kept to cover the time reserved.

Late notice cancellations and changes

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we may charge a late notice fee. Where a deposit has been taken, it may be used to cover this.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and we have not heard from you, we may charge a fee or keep your deposit. Missed appointments are difficult to refill at short notice, and they impact our team and other clients waiting for a slot.

If you are running late

If you are running late, please call us as soon as you can. We will always try to accommodate you, but if you arrive too late we may need to shorten the service or reschedule. In some cases this may be treated as late notice.
