Can’t make your appointment?
Hey that’s fine, things happen.
However, so we can continue to offer the best service and opportunity to all our clients, we ask that you call us to let us know within 48 hours of booking, then we can offer your salon time to someone who’s waiting.
Appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% surcharge of the cost of the appointment. This will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made, and any future appointments will require a 50% deposit of the full cost of any booked appointment paid in advance to secure your booking.
