Great for curly hair! If you have curly hair, see Vicky Bridge-Tonner. She will cut it curl by curl whilst it's dry. She knows what she's doing and has specialist products for curly hair (sulphate free etc). She's very patient, takes her time with the cut, and pays special attention to your individual hair type and routine. The rest of the staff are also friendly, and the prices are very reasonable! I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Fantastic hair salon! I had been searching for months trying to find a good hairdresser to cut my curly hair whilst it was dry. Every hairdressers I'd visited in the past insisted on cutting it wet, so lots of disastrous cuts in the past, until I found out about Vicky at The Hepburn Hair Project. She's fantastic! she listened to what I was looking for and understood my frustrations from having a wet cut. She cut my hair dry, curl by curl and it's the best its ever looked! I love the style & the shape is just right. Everyone who works there are so friendly & professional, making the whole experience really enjoyable. I always leave very happy. Thank you.

The Hepburn Hair Project is a lovely salon with great atmosphere and facilities. Vicky (the queen of curls) did an amazing job on my hair. She took her time and had great precision in my dry cut yesterday with great knowledge of curly hair/products. My hair now has great volume and shape which is exactly what I asked for. I'm honestly over the moon!

Vicky cuts my hair superbly. I have curly hair and I'll soon be on my 4th cut. I love that I can go to a salon that specialises in cutting curly hair using the dry curl by curl cut method but that I leave with my hair styled in its natural curl. She spends a lot of time and effort styling making sure you are happy and through my appointments it's clear that she has continued to advance her skills. Each time I've went my hair is styled even better than the last...which I didn't think was possible!! I first went as I thought I'd give her a try and she was the closest curly hairdresser to where I live but also as she uses Trepadora products and didn't want to invest in products that wouldn't suit my hair but I've no complaints. Vicky is my go to hairdresser and so are trepadora's products. So much so that I travel 3 hours there and back just to get my hair cut!

Absolutely amazing salon, lovely welcome on arrival and explanation of the process involved in cutting my very coily hair. My hair was cut by Kayla today, absolute superstar who did a fab cut giving much better shape and style to my hair. My hair was cut whilst dry šš½ And then a great cleanse and condition using sulphate free products. Brilliant explanation of the products used and how best to use them. Everyone in the salon was welcoming and friendly and smiley despite being super busy. Thanks to all at Mcrory hair for a great experience and trust me at my ripe ol age Iāve had plenty of bad and mediocre ones!

A huge thank you to Seamus. He was so kind, patient and professional with my nervousness and accommodated for my dislike of sitting at a mirror. Thank you also to Molly for your friendly chat. So pleased I found a place that confidently dry cut and styled my wavy hair, allowing it to feel natural. Iām a bit shy of uploading pictures of myself so youāll have to trust that my hair looks fabulous! I had medium length hair and had it taken above my shoulders. I found the accommodation for non-neurotypical people quite refreshing, or rather, an understanding that we are all neurodivergent in reality - our uniqueness and diversity is very much just part of being human, right :) not a thing needing a label here without it being a āthingā if this makes sense. I certainly wonāt be so worked up about my next visit. Thank you once again.

I think this was my best cut ever so farā¦ and Iām almost 30 haha! Grace was amazing at understanding my hair (and theyāre quite unique - top is straight and bottom curly) and advising what will look good. I left very happy, understanding my hair better and feeling more confident with the cut! I was very impressed with Graceās skills. She cut my hair dry and already I couldāve feel the difference. She was full of knowledge - definitely a hair expert! Iāve been looking for a salon that understands curly hair for a while and this is the one!! Iāll definitely be back. Thank you x
